Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed chicken (51F - Cold Holding);; beef (52F - Cold Holding). As per the chef it was on line for approximately two hours ago. The chef moved the items to the walk-in freezer for a quick chill.
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed empanadas (109F - Hot Holding)at the front counter. As per the manager the empanadas we're cooked approximately one hour ago. The chef removed the empanadas and put them in the oven and reheated to 168°F.

Food stored on floor. Observed a case of chicken on the walk-in freezer floor. The manager moved it to the shelf.
