Handwash sink does not have enough water pressure to properly wash hands. Kitchen Hand wash sink by entrance with low water pressure at hot water faucet. Per Person In Charge. Work in progress.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cut lettuce (56F-59F - Cold Holding); Cut lettuce (56F-59F - Cold Holding); Cooked rice (54F-59F - Cold Holding) stored in display cooler on front line. Display cooler has an ambient temperature of 52F. Manager stated that display cooler curtain is being replaced as it is not working properly. Employee stated the lettuce was placed in cooler at 2:45pm. Spoke to manager regarding Time control and they will use time control on lettuce in lieu of temperature until cooler is fixed. Manager will complete time control document during inspection
Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed hand sink at entrance of kitchen without hot water. Manager stated sink has a leak and they do not use that sink.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed 1 CO2 tank in back room near exit door not secured.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drink stored on storage shelf next to food. Manager removed and stored properly.
Food stored on floor. Observed bucket of feta cheese stored on floor of walk-in cooler. Employee removed and stored properly.

Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Observed unwashed cut avocados on flip top cooler with stickers still on them. Manager had employees remove stickers and wash properly.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed pipe leaking from hand sink on front line.
