Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Tested at 0ppm chlorine, retested after operator primed machine at 0ppm chlorine. Operator had triple sink set up for dishwashing.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee drink bottle on prep table by dish area. Operator discarded.
Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed Panera container of food and grapes in zip lock bag in walk-in cooler shelf above sliced cheese. Operator moved.
