Raw/undercooked animal food offered and establishment has no written consumer advisory. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. On the brunch menu there is an item "eggs your way". The menu does not contain the consumer advisory. Operator stated they serve the brunch menu with the larger menu. Large menu container consumer advisory. Operator will be reprinting new menus.
In the walk in cooler, observed two packs of raw tuna fish in commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Packs of raw tuna were not fully frozen. Packs of tuna were cut open. Operator removed tuna from ROP.

Bowl with no handle used to dispense flour. Operator removed the bowl.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable.
Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation at prep area. Employee put hat on at time of inspection.
Food stored on floor. Plastic water bottles case stored on floor at dry storage.
Single-service drinking cups stored on floor at dry storage.
Waste line missing at soda gun holster at bar area.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
