Items in walk-in cooler: goat cheese (45F - Cold Holding); mozzarella cheese (44F - Cold Holding); butter (45F - Cold Holding). Manager stated items were at proper temperature at 9:00 am. Manager turned walk-in setting down and also called repair person.
