Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Pitcher stored down inside Handwash sink at cookline. Inspector removed pitcher from sink before washing hands.

No food handler training available for any employees. Inspector observed three employees other than manager handling food.

Three employees working with food without food handler training, without proof they have been informed of their health reporting responsibilities. Inspector provided manager with the employee health reporting agreement during this inspection.

Insect control device installed over food preparation area. 1. Insect control light on wall directly above prep table in back of kitchen. 2. Fly sticky tape hanging from shelf in back of kitchen, above canned foods. Manager removed both pest control devices away from food and prep areas during this inspection.
Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Avocado with sticker still attached sliced in half at cookline.
Wet wiping cloths stored in detergent and sanitizer mixed together. Sanitizer bucket at cookline has chlorine sanitizer and dish soap mixed.
