Observed arepas (55F - Cold Holding); sliced ham (51F - Cold Holding); beef empanada (52F - Cold Holding) located inside walk in cooler, cooler unit is also a beverage cooler utilized by gas station establishment, in which restaurant is located. Upon arrival ambient temperature observed at 60F, displayed on front of cooler unit.
