Dishmachine testing at 0ppm. Observed sanitizer leaking from tubing when priming unit onto ground. Person in charge called for service. Will utilize triple sink until unit can be serviced.

Person in charge cooked sausage to 160F during inspection. Will keep separate from now on. Also, in walk in cooler raw chicken stored over raw beef. Moved to appropriate location.
