Employee left kitchen to go outside, returned and put on clean gloves and returned to food preparation, without first washing hands. Educated employee on proper handwashing procedures. Employee washed hands and changed gloves.
Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Pans of raw steak and raw chicken stored over cases of chocolate chips and mozzarella cheese sticks in walk in freezer. Employee moved raw meat to bottom shelf.
