Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in hot holding cabinet Chicken nuggets (114F - Hot Holding). Employee placed in fryer to reheat. Nuggets in frying temperature at 172F.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed tong in hand sink,employee proceeded to wash tong in hand sink. Manager intervened and had employee remove and wash in 3 compartment sink.
