Person in charge indicated wings were placed in cooler one hour prior. Person in charge placed chicken wings back in walk in cooler for cold holding.

Establishment had no written plan for cleaning vomit or diarrhea event. Manager indicated establishment does not use bleach. Area surrounding soda and slushy machine dispenser located in dining area is soiled. Front and rear reach in coolers parallel to cooking station on left side had soiled gasket seals.
Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. Person in charge unable to provide proof of training for two employees on duty who had been employed for 8-9 months.
