Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Observed fried jalapeños stored in a covered container, stored on top of hand drying brown paper towels. Observed operator having employee remove said food product from the brown paper towel. And disposing paper towel
Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. Observed in three compartment sink hanging below the rim of sink.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed some black like mold substance on cutting board at small make station.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand washing sink near Office was blocked with emptied boxes. Operator had all boxes removed and disposed on.
No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Observed in the inside bar, three compartment sink was removed and a high temperature dish machine was installed with out plan review approval.
