Manager was able to eradicate the 5 by the handwashing sink.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed the floor soiled with food debris in the corner next to the ice machine.
Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed an employee drink in a reach in freezer. Manager removed drink from freezer.
Storage area not maintained clean and organized. Observed an unorganized storage area outside next to the dumpster. Manager had an employee start to organize the area.
Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Observed unwashed boxes of tomatoes stored over cooked ready to eat chili. Manager corrected storage and placed ready to eat items above unwashed produce.
