Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed following food items cold holding inside reach in cooler for less than 4 hours: Sliced tomatoes 50F Lettuce 47F. Operator placed food items inside reach in cooler during time of inspection.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed soda machine surface in drive thru soiled with mold like substance. Operator cleaned machine during time of inspection.
