Observed raw chicken and raw fish stored in containers not in original commercially sealed package stored over ready-to-eat opened bag of funnel fries in reach-in freezer to the left of the fryers. Discussed in depth with operator on proper storage. Operator moved and stored correctly. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the operator.
