Floor soiled/has accumulation of grease underneath grill.
Water leaking from AC on to floor near three compartment sink and on walk-in cooler door. Inspector did not observe any contamination of three compartment sink or food from splash/leak. Operator placed a bucket to collect water dripping from ceiling.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw chicken and raw fish stored in containers not in original commercially sealed package stored over ready-to-eat opened bag of funnel fries in reach-in freezer to the left of the fryers. Discussed in depth with operator on proper storage. Operator moved and stored correctly. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the operator.
Employee with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation assembling food on the make line and frying food in the fryer. Discussed with employee and operator.

No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink to the left of the bag in the box station. Operator placed paper towels.
Condensation or other drainage not disposed of according to law. Ceiling vents have condensation dripping on to floor near make line and fryers towards service windows. Inspector did not observe condensation leaking on any food contact surfaces or food and splash does not impact food or food contact surfaces. Discussed with operator to monitor situation and all areas.

Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning on containers stacked together on rack above three compartment sink.
