Raw sewage/waste water on ground of establishment. Ice machine drain not draining and not allowed adequate flow through pipes causing a large pool of water to form in front of the ice machine. Employees turned off ice machine, operator mopped and sanitized at time of inspection. Ice machine no longer has steady drip and ice machine drain no longer flowing onto the floor. Discussed with operator on not turning on ice machine until pipe is clear and accessible to allow proper flow of waste water. Operator states they have called plumber.
