Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed raw chicken in an open package stored over ready to eat French fries in the standing reach in freezer in the front counter area. Operator place French fries on the top shelf.
