Outer openings not protected with self-closing doors. Observed the self-closing device for the rear exit in disrepair.
Marked exit/path to marked exit blocked. For reporting purposes only. Observed the rear exit block by a rolling bread rack. The operator moved the rolling rack clearing a path to the exit.

Food stored on floor. Observed a case of breaded fish stored on floor in freezer. Observed employee removing case and storing properly
