Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In walk in freezer, open case of raw bacon above open case of individual apple pies. Manager rearranged for proper separation.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In double ice cream machine, ice cream bases (62F and 63F - Cold Holding). Per manager in machine directly from walk in cooler approximately 30 minutes. Manager voluntarily drew out mixes and discarded, turned machine off, and called for service.

Faucet/handle in disrepair on left side of hand washing sink next to drive thru. Observed faucet handle loose and spinning when turned. Water running only when right side faucet is turned on.
Hot dog storage container lid cracked or broken in reach in cooler in cook line. Operator discarded lid and replaced with another lid.

Per operator, hotdog held out of temperature for approximately 1 hour. Operator moved to different hot holding slot to reheat to 165F for hot holding.

Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Observed standing water on floor in front of exit door next to triple sink in kitchen, due to clogged floor drain.
