Employee went to take out trash came back and went to walk in freezer to get bags of fries for the line and did not wash hands. Coached operator on proper hand washing procedures.
Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Employee removed 4 rodent droppings from floor behind soda fountain at passenger drive through window.
Accumulation of dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, or other pests, in control devices. 1 dead rodent in trap in women's restroom in storage closet.
Bathroom facility not clean. Employee swept trash from floor of men's and women's restroom.
