At hot hold tray at FRYER STATION - popcorn chicken (89F - Hot Holding); chicken strips (91F - Hot Holding). Per manager all prepared approximately 30 minutes. Hot hold tray not operating. Manager discarded all items.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Ice bucket not stored inverted. Manager inverted.
Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Standing water under make line hand sink due to leaking supply line to drink dispenser machine.
