Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In maketable adjacent to the frying station, sliced tomatoes at 46F and sliced cheese at 45F at 12:35. Items had been placed there at 10:00. At the time of inspection, employee placed the items over ice for proper cooling.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Presence of buildup around the nozzles of the soda machine in the drive thru window.
