Employee removed foods and placed back into walk in cooler for quick chill. 2. LOW BOY FREEZER /// Fries (62F - Cold Holding); Chicken nuggets (54F - Cold Holding), per operator foods less than four hours. Employee removed foods and placed in walk in freezer.
