Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. High temperature dish washer not achieving 160f. Max temperature achieved 155f multiple times, inspector ran the machine four times after crew ran the machine and stated it was ready. After running six more times it was able to achieve 175f.
