Operator educated employee in regards to proper hand washing and glove change.
Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Raw ground beef stored over raw fish in reach in cooler on cooks line. Operator moved all foods to proper storage.
Identity of food or food product misrepresented. Establishment lists Hebrew National Hot Dogs on the menu but is serving Nathans Hot Dogs. Establishment is also advertising Impossible Burgers on the menu and serving Beyond Burgers.
