Observed the following food's temperatures greater than 41°F; shredded chicken (55F - Cold Holding); chopped chicken (54F - Cold Holding); raw shrimp (45F - Cold Holding) All were located in kitchen reach in cooler. As per Chef cooler underwent maintenance and food had only been in cooler for about 2 hours. Manager instructed employee to place all foods on ice in order to cool.
