Observed a box of frozen commercially bag bronzino inside reach in cooler being thawed improperly inside ROP bag. Operator put back to walk in freezer.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed torn gasket in one of the drawer at pasta station. Operator already order new gaskets.

Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed some auxiliary cutting boards with marks not longer cleanable, staff replaced with a new one.

Operator took cooked pasta and placed inside cooler for cooling.

In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed in use set of tongs stored inside metal pots that were hanging from back grill area. Operator removed immediately.
