Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed can opener blade soiled in prep area. Manager cleaned and sanitized can opener during inspection.

All other food items held since 10:30. See stop sale. Walk in Cooler at 3:15: Sliced tomatoes 47F, shredded mozzarella 48F, queso 45F, chicken breast 44F. Per manager walk in cooler ambient temperature has been 44F due to frequently opening doors at 11:00-2:00. Observed ambient temperature down to 41F at 3:45. Maintenance arrive for walk in cooler, reach in coolers, and make tables repair during inspection.
