Wild bird present outside the omelette station food service area on patio landing on the dirty dish cart and eating off of the plates. The breakfast attendant removed the cart of dirty dishes from the patio area and we discussed solutions to the bird issue on the dirty dishware cart.

Pork (59*F - Cold Holding); ham (59*F - Cold Holding); cheese (59*F - Cold Holding) items at the omelette station are not in refrigerated unit. These items are sitting on top of the table at this station. The items are out for 1.5 hours according to the cook. Items were relocated to reach in cooler for rapid cool down. Discussed the need for ice or refrigeration on these TCS items with cook and manager.

No hot running water at three-compartment sink. Hot water supply to triple sink is not working. I informed front desk about the hot water to triple sink needs to be turned on.

Plumbing system in disrepair. The mop sink is not connected to a drain line. Water is running onto the ground from the mop sink located at the exterior of the cook kitchen building. I spoke to maintenance and he has the part in hand to repair the mop sink drain line as I finished the inspection. An alternative mop sink is also on site.
Single-service articles, plastic cutlery, cup lids, are improperly stored on the floor in kitchen.
Storage area not maintained clean and organized.
A return visit. The problems were not fixed yet and the kitchen was given more time.

Water pressure lacking at fixtures that require the use of water. There is a Water leak on site and the water to the breakfast room has been turned off for repairs. Aqueduct authority is on site to make repairs. The cook kitchen has water but the breakfast room does not have water. There is no food preparation in the breakfast room. Repairs are in progress by the county aqueduct authority.
