Observed dishwasher machine at 0ppm chlorine. Person in charge primed machine and retested at 100ppm chlorine
Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. Observed raw shell quail eggs above unwashed produced in reach in cooler. Person in charge placed raw shell eggs on bottle shelf.
Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Observed employee drink without lid. Employee added lid and straw.
