Observed at 8:10 a.m. no time mark on butter held using time as a public health control. Operator determined that butter removed from refrigerator at 6:30 a.m. Operator correctly time marked butter.
Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed chicken thawing in standing water at 4 compartment sink. Operator placed underneath running water
