Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. At the end of faucet by dumpsters and under Handwash sink outside of walk in freezer.

In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. 2 pairs of tongs hanging on rolling cart on cooks line, employees moved tongs.

Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee wearing gloves picked up trash from the door and discarded, then handled food trays and handled food and put in reach in cooler. Without removing gloves, washing hands and putting on clean gloves. Discussed with Manager, and manager spoke with employee.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle of oven cleaner hanging of clean ware rack. Manager removed spray bottle
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwash sink blocked at front server area by at drive thru. Manager removed both items.
