Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed stack of pans on the shelve in the kitchen with water in between and not properly air drying, operator moved pans to air dry properly.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed fan guards in the walk in cooler are dusty.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray can of paint located on a shelf next to two cases of mayonnaise in the dry storage area, operator removed from the shelves.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed in the kitchen area food containers on shelves were wet in between, operator removed from shelf to separate to dry.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Unwashed grape tomatoes over RTE items, operator removed immediately.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Sanitizer wipes behind sink at cook table, operator removed and stored properly.
Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Observed employee drinking from open container at drive thru. Shift lead removed cup and educated on site.
