This area is storing condiments, paper products, single service utensils, chips and pre-staged boxes and store to-go bags. Violation was previously cited on Jan 31st, 2024, and at the call back inspection on April 3, 2024 current layout was not submitted to plan review. Partition walls were added to close off this area of the dining room. Added thawing coolers to area on the wall outside the northern part of the office. Thermalizer was moved to the area next to fryers and oven on stand facing the order window. Revised plan on 7/30/24 did not have catering staging area added.
