Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Multiple items on shelves in back of kitchen are not inverted.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. All hand wash sinks in kitchen area need signs. Manager states that they have them and will install.
