Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed operator changed gloves after mopping floor and moving supplies did not wash hands first. Educated operator on washing hands prior to placing gloves on after changing assignments. Observed operator wash hands after educated her on proper hand washing.
