Warewashing sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Upon inspection, observed 800 ppm sanitizer concentration in sanitizing sink in dishwashing area when measured with establishments test strips. Manager added water to sanitizer and 200 ppm reading was observed.
