Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting: two cambros sitting on drying rack stacked on each other wet. Food Safety Director placed back in the dish area for cleaning and then proper stacking. After cleaned they were separated for proper drying.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning: observed a cambro container with an old label on it. Food Safety Director placed the cambro back in the dish area for removal of the label and cleaning.
