Employee dropped thermometer on the floor then picked thermometer put it back on top shelf above flip top cooler then handled container with cooked chicken. Employee touched garbage can then touched clean thermometer. Both employee washed hands
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Sanitizer wipes bag stored with bags of condiments inside drawer at front counter area. Operator removed
