Hot water sanitizing dishmachine final rinse not reaching proper temperature at manifold. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Observed Dishwasher (Temperature 0). As per manager dishwasher not working one week. Manager set up three compartment sink.
Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense soap. Observed soap dispenser at hand sink by three compartment sink unable to dispense soap. Manager fixed during inspection.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed CO not secured near water heater.
