Prep area; grilled chicken prepped at 7:06am, time taken 9:32 (75F - Cooling); grilled chicken prepped at 7:06am, time taken 9:32 (78F-cooling); grilled chicken prepped at 7:06am, time taken 9:32 (73F- cooling) Manager put product in freezer for rapid cooling.
