Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee changed gloves after breading raw chicken, then grabbed reach in cooler handle without washing hands. After Manager educated, employee discarded gloves, washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Next to the dish machine there was no soap in the dispenser. Employee provided.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. In the kitchen near the salad prep area. Handle was touching sugar in container. Employee removed.
