Operator added more ice to cold table and put foods in oven inside freezer to quick chill. 2) Observed gyro station//fresh garlic in oil (70F - Cold Holding). Per operator, food not prepped or portioned today; food held out of temperature for approximately 4 hours. Educated operator and suggested operator to use time as a public health control. Operator discarded food. Stop sale.
