Observed cook line employee touched his chin and continued working with clean utensils at the grill.Employee was coached and washed his hands.

Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed chemical product inside plastic spray bottle with no label ( table cleaner as per employee). Person in charge labeled the bottle.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed wet wiping cloth left on counter instead of being inside sanitizer container. Person in charge prepared the sanitizer solution and placed the wet towels inside.
