Dead roaches on premises. In dry storage room at back of kitchen: 6 dead roaches observed on-insect trap under dry storage rack. Kitchen manager disposed of trap during inspection.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Line running out of condenser has ice buildup. Catch basin under line is full of frozen solid ice. No ice buildup observed on food items stored under/near unit.
