Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Mold like substance buildup observed in ice machine and on ice chute dining room.
Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Employee open container on prep table with no lid or straw. Person in charge discarded.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Light visible under back door in kitchen.

CFM had to run errand. Verified CFM on Servsafe website. CFM arrived during the end of this inspection.
No soap provided at handwash sink. No soap at hand wash sink in prep area. Employee stated soap dispenser doesn't work. Discussed with person in charge to have soap at hand wash sink.
