Ceiling tile missing. Upon inspection observed ceiling tile missing on top of 3 compartment sink.
Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Upon inspection observed multiple ceiling tiles damaged throughout kitchen.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Upon inspection observed moisture between stacked pans on drying racks.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Upon inspection observed gap on the side of main door to establishment.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Upon inspection observed ice buildup inside walk-in Freezer.
