Observed at licensing inspection plans on file not reflecting current layout of establishment. Observed front counter with reach in cooler and freezer added near entrance, bathroom in kitchen area converted to storage area, bathrooms in dining area redesigned, dining room remodeled, 3 compartment sink removed from bar counter and various kitchen equipment added and or removed from kitchen area. Advised operator that plans of current layout must be submitted and approved before license is given. Provided operator with plan preview packet.
