Mobile food dispensing vehicle disposing liquid waste improperly. Observed mobile unit with pvc pipe running from a white container in the ground where the manager states they dump waste and the container gets serviced by a company.
Food stored outside. Observed food: cheese 50° and pico 50° stored outside on a cart for self service. Issued stop sale on cheese and pico.

No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand wash sink. Employee replaced paper towels during inspection.

Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Observed two drinks on counter with no lids.
Food stored in a prohibited area. Observed truck delivering food to mobile unit but put in back of pick up to be stored at owners home in deep freeze. Owner states will move product back to mobile units.
