Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. An employee spoke on their cellphone while handling clean utensils. Inspector educated the person in charge on proper hand washing after handling soiled equipment.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the drawer cooler in front of the grill, Beef (44F - Cold Holding). Operator iced the beef for rapid cooling. All other product in drawer 42F. *
Cold water not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. There is no cold water at the hand washing sink on the cook line by the deep fryer. The water temperature out of both the hot and cold faucet is 128F.
